Mike Mallow is a Pendleton County native and is the publisher of PendletonWV.com and the owner of Pendleton New Media, LLC.
An accomplished designer, photographer and writer, Mallow was named Young Professional of the Year by the Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce in both 2010 and 2014. He has also been awarded 47 times by the West Virginia Press Association for design, writing and photography, and 98 times by the organization for excellence in advertising. Mallow is also part of the 2012 class of Generation Next 40 Under 40, a list of West Virginia’s best and brightest that is put out each year by the State Journal.
In addition to operating pendletonwv.com, Mallow is also the advertising manager at the Moorefield Examiner, and the creator and producer of Old 55 Magazine. He is director on the Warner’s Drive-In board (where he also serves as a projectionist) and a former board member of the Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce.
Mike is currently in the process of publishing his first novel, and has two more manuscripts looking for publishers, including a country crime story set in the West Virginia hills.
